Privacy notice

TUI Virtual Group is a volunteer-run virtual airline community in the flight simulator Infinite Flight. We are not part of, or connected to, TUI Group. If you have a question about your data, email us at tuivirtualgroupofficial@gmail.com.

When you apply to join: your Infinite Flight Community name, Discord name, email address, date of birth, country, Infinite Flight grade, total landings, flight time, XP and number of level 2 and 3 violations.

When you take the entrance exam: your Infinite Flight Community name, Discord name, email address, your answers and your score.

We don't ask for anything else, and we never ask for passwords or payment details.

• To decide whether you meet our joining requirements, including the minimum age of 13.
• To contact you about your application and, if you join, to set you up as a pilot.
• To keep the community safe, for example by checking your Infinite Flight record.

We rely on our legitimate interest in running the airline and assessing applicants, and on the fact that you chose to apply. We don't use your details for marketing and we never sell them.

When you submit a form, your details are sent straight to a private channel in our Discord server that only our recruitment staff can see. They aren't stored on this website.

This website is hosted by Vercel, and our staff channel is run on Discord. Both are based in the United States, so your details may be processed there; both protect personal data under recognised international safeguards.

Applications and exam results stay in our private staff channel on Discord. We don't currently delete them on a fixed schedule, but you can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.

This website doesn't set cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't follow you across other websites and doesn't identify you.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy,
• correct anything that's wrong,
• delete your details, or stop using them.

Email tuivirtualgroupofficial@gmail.com and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

You need to be at least 13 to join. If you're under 18, it's a good idea to check with a parent or guardian before you apply. They can also contact us about your data.
