The Chief Operations Officer is the CEO's right hand. He assists the CEO in certain tasks, collaborates with other staff members, leads key initiatives and monitors the daily operation of the VA ensuring everything is running smoothly.

The Chief Executive Officer manages, supervises and organizes the overall operation of the VA.
The CEO is also responsible for evaluating the staff members and he deals with a lot of things behind the scenes.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for recruiting new pilots into the VA. They have the right to accept/reject applicants based on their eligibility.
The Events Manager is responsible for creating, organizing, and leading events for the VA both internal and external alongside the CEO & COO. He also assists by his Event Officer and collaborates with the Chief Pilot.
The Head Of Public Relations manages the VA's IFC Account and keeps VA announcements up to date. He handles all queries individuals outside of the VA may have cooperatively with the CEO & COO.
The Route Manager is responsible for reviewing logged PIREPs and also manages the route database by opening and closing routes. They also select the RTOW.

The Chief Pilot is responsible for pilot activity and skill is kept constant and to a high standard. They will also be responsible for training and assisting new and current pilots.
